Hey! How’s your week been? We’re gearing up for an exciting weekend ahead – my parents are coming to visit, and it’s the first time we’ll be together in nearly five months! Gosh, the things we took for granted – you know? I plan to soak up every last second. Other than that, practically all our free time has been dedicated to projects around the house, both inside and out. I’m thankful that our deck and outdoor space has come a long way so that we have a little retreat. Finn and I eat lunch al fresco almost daily, and it’s such a wonderful mental break!

I recently made these no-bake chocolate peanut butter protein balls, and they are AH-MAZING. They taste just like a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup, but you know – semi-good for you. 😉 Even better that they take less than 10 minutes to make and last quite a few days in the fridge (or months in the freezer) for a quick snack.
