Hey! Things have been pretty quiet around here this week, so I’m going to keep today’s coffee chat relatively short and sweet.
How is everyone? Like I said, things and life in general have been pretty quiet. And, that’s a-okay! Sometimes, the same routine day-in and day-out isn’t a bad thing. The biggest happening in my world was my computer decided to die earlier this week … yeah, it’s amazing how much you rely on something until you don’t have it anymore! Luckily, we got the laptop to turn on and work for the time-being, but it’s apparent that we need to start shopping for a new one. I’m actually interested in switching to an all-in-one desktop/monitor. Anyone else have one or any recommendations? I’m all ears.
Otherwise, I’m just over here patiently waiting for the unofficial kickoff to summer! We have so many exciting things coming up and plans to make, so I’m looking forward to this new season.
Onto a few links and things that recently caught my attention:
+ Emily’s perspective on death and grief really hit home.
+ Loving the retro-feel and style of these denim shorts for summer. I have several pairs of Universal Thread shorts already, so I’m sure these are just as great!
+ THE MOVIE EVENT OF THE CENTURY. I am so excited.
+ Trader Joe’s products that you can get through Amazon.
+ This is the best pasta recipe that I’ve made in years!
+ I can’t get this song out of my head. Or this one. Basically, my teenage-pop-music-loving-self is very happy these days.
+ Pretty excited to give these headphones a try since earbuds don’t agree well with me.
That’s all I got for the week! Any big plans for the holiday weekend? I’m running a 5k Saturday morning, and we’re hoping that the weather cooperates so we finally can get to work on a few outside projects. Whatever you get up to, I hope that you enjoy! Talk to you next week!
Don’t miss the 10 items currently on my Amazon wish list.
I had no idea they were making dowton abbey into a movie! That’ll be great! Hope you’re having a great week! xo, Biana

Life has been the same around here too – we’re stuck in that weird weather phase & I can’t get out of a slump some days! Thank you, thank you for sharing that grief article. How amazing is that?! Hope you have a wonderful weekend 🙂

Glad it’s not just me! This dreary, rainy weather is really taking a toll on me. Summer, where are you?! So glad you enjoyed that grief article, too. It really helped me out last week.
Let’s hope the unofficial kickoff to summer brings some warmer weather! Can’t wait for the Downton Abbey movie!
I’ll be there opening day/weekend for the DA movie, you can bet on that!
