It’s Disney World day! *cue the cheers* As you’re reading this, Ryan and I most likely are at the airport waiting to board our flight for warm, sunny Florida. Can you tell yet that I’m excited?
Since we typically don’t take more than one big trip a year, I’m never 100% confident in what I should wear to the airport – especially in this case since we are going from cold to warm weather. However, I almost always default to the same outfit – a comfy pair of pants or jeans, a boyfriend tee, and a pair of sneakers that is easy to slide on and off through security.
I also have learned that airports and airplanes make me really warm one second and super cold the next. So, layers obviously are a must. There aren’t many places that I travel to without my denim jacket – it goes with practically everything – and I like that a scarf can double as a lightweight blanket if I get extra chilly.
So, I guess my “airport style” isn’t much different from my everyday wear – comfy and casual, but still put together. You can bet that there also is a pair of sandals in my carry-on bag that I will change into immediately when we land – when in Florida, right?
