Links & Things

While the week before vacation typically is pretty busy, this week took the cake – doctor appointment, intro to spin class (my behind STILL hurts), visits from neighbors and an out-of-town friend, and a much-needed hair appointment. Not to mention getting packed and cleaning the house! I suppose that all the craziness and hard work that it takes to prepare to leave for a week makes a vacation that much sweeter and enjoyable.

Ryan and I couldn’t be more excited for our trip to Disney World next week! We leave Monday and come home Saturday, which also is my 27th birthday. We are looking forward to warm weather, sunshine, and all things Disney, of course! But, before I head out, enjoy a few of my favorite happenings around the Web this week.

@Disneyland is full of hidden scenes and little details. This area in particular, right around the corner from Fantasyland, was my favorite of them all! Maybe because we were there early before the crowds came pouring in, or maybe I was taking a moment to be nostalgic ... either way this was the first time in a few months that I felt happy and 100% myself. Perhaps that’s the magic of Disney that Walt always talked about. #adultsatdisney #disneyland
